TRANSCEND CONFLICT

WITH EXPERT MEDIATION

ABOUT US

Verjee Mediation Network is a recognized provider of mediation services by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and is listed on ADRIC's roster of qualified mediators in British Columbia and Alberta.

Our approach relies heavily upon moving parties from protracted conflict to an amicable settlement using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).  We are experts in online dispute resolution, enabling parties anywhere in the world to negotiate their terms of settlement quickly and economically - and without the inconvenience and discomfort of face-to-face mediation.

Whether in-person on through videoconferencing, our goal is always the same:  to smartly and efficiently move parties away from litigious and risky court-based outcomes to timely, controlled, and fair settlements based on the shared interests of the parties.

All initial consultations are conducted by our Principal Mediator, who may refer parties to affiliated specialists as appropriate.  A full list of Network affiliates is available upon request.
